The Dark Knight
Late Monday night it was announced that the sequel to Batman Begins is about ready to get underway. It will be called The Dark Knight and will focus on Batman's first encounter with the Joker. People have been speculating for a while about who would play the Joker. Rumor had it that Peter Skarsgard and Johnny Depp were up for it. It turns out that Heath Ledger has won the role.
The new film will tell the origin story of the Joker. Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, and Michael Caine will be reprising their roles. Hopefully that skanky Katie Holmes will not come back (I still am very grossed out that she became Tom Cruise's baby Mama).
